Indica Dominant Hybrid -80% Indica / 20% Sativa
Master Kush is one of the most well-known indica dominant strains on the cannabis market today. A classic in every sense of the word – Master Kush is a cross of two landrace strains from different areas of the Hindu Kush region. Master Kush possesses an incredibly potent and pungent aroma, that at first appears as spicy earthiness. As the nugs are cracked open, a burst of sweetness, coupled with subtle citrus notes surface. In keeping with its indica characteristics – Master Kush provides users with a delicate balance of total body relaxation, with a sharp increase in euphoria and general creativity. Pain almost instantly washes away from the body, leaving the muscles and limbs feeling loose and limber – as the mind’s fogginess clears and the users sensory awareness heightens. As the effects of this strain begin to dissipate – a general sense of sleepiness will consume the individual – lulling the user into a peaceful state of rest. Master Kush has been used to treat various conditions including anxiety, migraines and other headaches, insomnia, chronic stress and mild to moderate levels of pain.
Rockstar, a cross between Sensi Star and Rockbud, is an indica dominant hybrid. A potent strain that delivers hard hitting and fast acting effects, without leaving the user feeling sedated and sleepy. The high, typical of Rockstar, begins with an intensely euphoric head rush, that will have the user feeling uplifted and upbeat. As the high sets in, a tranquil state will wash over the body – leaving the user relaxed, but not couch-locked. Rockstar provides the most medicinally beneficial indica based components – with a primary focus on relaxing every muscle within the body. For these reasons, Rockstar has been most commonly used to treat chronic pain, inflammation, muscle spasms, and mild to moderate cases of depression.
HOW IS MARIJUANA USED
Marijuana can be smoked as a cigarette (joint), but may also be smoked in a dry pipe or a water pipe known as a “bong.” It can also be mixed with food and eaten or brewed as tea. These are called “edibles” and are covered in detail later in this booklet. Sometimes users open up cigars and remove the tobacco, replacing it with pot—called a “blunt.” Joints and blunts are sometimes laced with other, more powerful drugs, such as crack cocaine or PCP (phencyclidine, a powerful hallucinogen).
